The thumb pictured is 22 inches long. The dimensions of the weld-on plate is 6-1/2 inches x 12-3/4 inches. Pick up logs, rocks, and many other items without ever getting off your seat. When not in use it can be folded up or even removed by simply removing the hitch pin (the bracket will remain on you boom). We mask the plate to be welded so you do not have to remove the powder coating before welding.
