This part is Laser Cut and CNC Formed to insure a perfect fit. Made In Cleveland Ohio from American Steel. It is powder coated texture black to match the EMP Rear Brush Guard. - Accepts either a front or rear spare rim with a 4/156 bolt pattern (stock pattern).
